Route U3-15 departs from exit 130 off I-95, leaving the Old Salem Church Road Park and Ride off Plank Road/Salem Church Road in Fredericksburg, VA at 4:45AM. The van then travels up 395 North, crosses the 14th Street Bridge and continues North on 14th Street, taking a right turn onto Constitution Avenue NW where riders are dropped off at the Natural History Museum (just East of 10th St NW). They continue East on Constitution Avenue and then make a right turn onto 7th Street SW followed by another right onto Independence Avenue SW, parking during working hours at the FAA Building (800 Independence Ave. SW)
The members of this van pool operate on a 6:00AM-3:30PM Monday-Friday work schedule.
The van arrives back to the Old Salem Church Road Park and Ride at 5:00PM.
